Banjo Bond
Banjo is a founding Director of Cosgrove Group and is intimately involved in all aspects of the business with a particular focus on acquisitions, deal structuring and financial analysis and procurement.
Prior to co-founding Cosgrove Group, Banjo worked at TOGA on a number of their major residential and mixed-use developments in key nodes within the Sydney metropolitan area. This role involved the assessment and analysis of new opportunities for the future pipeline of work for the business.
Banjo holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Masters in Property Investment and Development from the University of Western Sydney.
DIRECTOR
Rob Thomas
As founding Director of Cosgrove Group, Rob is responsible for all activities of the business at both a strategic and tactical level. Rob’s experience in the property, development and construction industries spans over 25 years in both the Australian and UK markets, and across a range of asset classes.
His expertise encompass the full development spectrum, plus investment/funds and asset management.
Prior to co-founding Cosgrove Group, Rob spent over 7 years at TOGA where he was responsible for all development activities of the business as the General Manager of Development. This involved leading a team that oversaw a $1.8bn+ portfolio of projects including residential, retail and hotel assets. Prior to working at TOGA, Rob held senior positions at Investa Property Group, Savills and Mace UK.
DIRECTOR
John Bond
John is a Non-Executive Director of Cosgrove Group and was a co-founding Director of Primewest Management where he was instrumental in growing its property portfolio to over $5bn prior to its 2021 merger with Centuria (ASX: CNI).
With over 30-years of experience, his expertise spans law, investment banking, property investment and development. John brings a strategic approach to delivering meaningful outcomes for stakeholders and has been instrumental in delivering exceptional property and community results across residential, commercial and retail asset classes.
John is a qualified solicitor, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Corporate Member of the Property Council. He is the Chairman of two charities (Australian Doctors for Africa and The Fathering Project) and a board member of the Art Gallery of Western Australia Foundation.
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
David Schwartz
David is a Non-Executive Director of Cosgrove Group, was a co-founding Director of Primewest Management, contributing to the growth of its $5bn property portfolio prior to it merging with Centuria.
David is a professional property investor with over 30-years of experience in negotiating acquisitions and overseeing the development of property across a wide range of asset classes.
Over the past 40 years David has been involved in many different businesses including retail, manufacturing and distribution, while his property investments have been mainly focused on retail and commercial asset classes.
David is a Non-Executive Director of Schaffer Corporation Ltd.

Jim Litis
Jim is an Non-Executive Director of Cosgrove Group and was a co-founding Director of Primewest Management which merged its $5bn property portfolio with Centuria in 2021.
Jim is a professional property investor and has over 30-years of experience in negotiating acquisitions, overseeing complex development projects and asset management.
His expertise spans retail, commercial and hospitality asset classes.
Jim also has a considerable interest in heritage listed properties.
He also holds a Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) from Curtain University.
