Established in 2017, Cosgrove Group is a privately owned real estate investor and fund manager specialising in value-add and development strategies across Australia.
Who We Are
A privately owned real estate investor and fund manager led by directors with more than 30 years of average experience. Our leadership team combines deep operational expertise with a proven track record of outperformance, and we are the largest investor in our own funds - providing genuine alignment with the partners who invest alongside us.
We invest nationally in real estate, with a focus on value-add and development strategies across retail, industrial and logistics, and special situations - including recovering and emerging asset classes where we can acquire below intrinsic value. Since inception, we have managed 18 investment funds, with divested assets delivering an average realised net IRR of 22.3%.
